Housing Availability
Please note: It can take up to 48 hours for our partnered advertising websites (like Zillow, Trulia, Realtor, Rent, Zumper, etc.) to update and remove outdated listings. If a property is not listed in the Current Listings below, it indicates that an approved application has been received, and the property is no longer available. We encourage you to check this page often to stay updated on our current housing inventory.
Request Self-Guided Tour
- You must be 18 years or older.
- Click “VIEW DETAILS,” then select “CONTACT US” on an active listing below to request a tour of that property. This will create a guest card in our system.
- We will follow up with an email containing instructions for scheduling your tour.
Before Self-Guided Tour
- We encourage you to bring along a trusted companion during your visit.
- The CodeBox will function only at your scheduled viewing time.
- You must reply with CONFIRM when prompted to receive your entry code.
During Self-Guided Tour
- Enter your assigned four-digit code then press ENTER.
- Press above the number keypad to open the CodeBox and retrieve the key.
- Please ensure all lights are turned off and all doors are securely locked upon leaving.
- Return the key to the CodeBox and close it to secure it.
Application Requirements
- Before submitting your application, please review our Rental Criteria.
- You must tour the interior of the home prior to submitting your application.
- The application fee is $40.00 for each applicant. This fee covers our costs for conducting background checks, credit reports, and other assessments for each applicant. Please note that this fee is non-refundable and does not guarantee approval.
- The application process usually takes several business days.

Upon Approval
The required deposit must be paid within three (3) business days of approval; otherwise, your application will be canceled, and we will move on to the next applicant.
Safeguard Against Rental Fraud
- Payment Security: We will never ask you to wire money or send funds via mobile payment apps such as Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle.
- Key Management: We will never ask you to take or keep a key after your self-guided tour.
- Advertising Policies: We never advertise on Craigslist or Facebook.
