We do not employ our own maintenance team. We utilize all “outside” vendors and have established relationships with them throughout the area. This is to your benefit and best interest. This provides you the flexibility to use any licensed and insured vendor of your choice. Or if you prefer we can make the decisions on your behalf based on years of working with various maintenance companies.

Either way we never up-charge on maintenance, vendor invoices, or court costs for evictions. We have no hidden fees.
