  • PROVIDE ONLINE MONTHLY STATEMENTS
  • REMIT RENTS {LESS MAINTENANCE COST & MANAGEMENT FEES} EACH MONTH TO OWNER THROUGH DIRECT DEPOSIT
  • PREPARE & SUBMIT END OF YEAR REPORTS AND PROVIDE 1099 TAX FORM
COST:  7% – 10% GROSS MONTHLY RENTS COLLECTED
